Corporate Matching
Double your impact with corporate matching programs. Many employers match charitable contributions, sometimes doubling your impact. Ask your HR department if your company participates.
Donations exceeding $5,000 will be recognized on our donor wall.
To include the Ancaster Memorial Arts Centre in your plans, speak with your lawyer or contact us about setting up a charitable gift or bequest in your will. They will need our legal name, Ancaster Society for the Performing Arts, and can direct any questions or documentation to info@memorialarts.ca. Together, we can secure a brighter future for the arts while honoring your commitment to our vibrant community.
Donations above $250 can now be designated to a specific fund. Funds are updated annually to reflect ongoing projects and needs within the Ancaster arts community.
General Fund / Sustainers Program
Allow your donation to be allocated wherever it's needed most. This supports everything from building upkeep and bar staff to technical equipment and paying artists for performances.
Capital Expenses and Building Improvements
A dedicated fund for capital projects, accessed only by staff proposal to our board of directors. Projects range from new lighting fixtures and outdoor benches to full-scale renovations or additions of community spaces.
The Voortman Studio Renovation Fund
In 2026, we're undertaking major renovations to our Voortman Studio Theatre, including a state-of-the-art sound system, cinema capabilities, professional flooring, fresh paint, new artwork, and a raised stage for better sightlines.
Building Accessibility Fund
Support improvements to building accessibility, such as an upgraded hearing loop system for guests with hearing impairments, additional handrails, dedicated accessible performances, and more.
Donations exceeding $5,000 will be recognized on our donor wall. General fund donations will be recognized on our Sustainers program wall, while all other fund donations will join our extensive list of capital project donors.
