"Despicable Me 4" (2024) reunites audiences with Gru, the reformed supervillain-turned-Anti-Villain League agent, and his endearing family. This time, Gru, Lucy, Margo, Edith, and Agnes welcome a new member to the family, Gru Jr., who is intent on tormenting his dad. Gru faces a new nemesis in Maxime Le Mal and his girlfriend Valentina, and the family is forced to go on the run.
Directed by Chris Renaud and co-directed by Patrick Delage, the film features the voices of Steve Carell, Kristen Wiig, Pierre Coffin, Joey King, Miranda Cosgrove, Stephen Colbert, Sofía Vergara, and Will Ferrell. The movie has a runtime of 95 minutes, making it an ideal afternoon activity for families.
